First things first:
MasterChange is a concept slowly evolving into its vision. The app is made available to garner interest and help people in some specific areas. The team is small and the app has been developed on a budget. In time, we hope to build on this base, improve graphics, increase interventions and make the whole experience more powerful

We will listen to your requests and do what we can to implement the best ideas

Should you be experincing problems we are very keen to hear from you so we can fix what has gone wrong

We really hope that you don't need any support. If you do then it probably means that we have failed to explain something sufficiently well and we apologise

If you are having problems with your headset then please contact the manufacturer. If you are not sure if this is a problem with the headset or the app, we suggest that you load another VR app on your phone and see if you struggle with that as well. If you do then chances are it is a problem with the headset. If you have no problems then contact us

If your phone can't load the app then let us know what phone you have - make, model and any variations it might have

If you can't understand what to do when you load the app we would like to know. Send us an email with as much information as possible and we will help you out

If the app crashes, we know how frustrating that is and we want to fix it. So tell us what happened

thanks for your patience if you are experiencing problems and let us help you sort it out. Any bugs we can find and fix, you will get given some riros. Amount depends on whether you are the first person to report and how critical the fix is. Awards range from 100 to 2000 riros.
